It was a fun afternoon at the Blue Zucchini and Holly, the new owner, kept us fuelled with coffee while we made paper bunnies and Easter baskets then went on to make and decorate boxes and get inspiration for future gift wrapping. We were joined by a few ladies interested in the craft group who we are hoping may become members. They’ve been invited to join us for a ‘taster’ at our taster evening in April. Always looking for future members, Linda taught a nearby table of young girls to make the baskets – we rather think they’ll be passing on the craft to their friends at school – and the afternoon finished with decorative leaves and bows. A very pleasant, if sticky (on occasions thanks to glue dots) afternoon.

Fantastic lunch and a very warm welcome for our ladies at the Priory Inn.

Some of our ladies enjoyed the very welcome spring sunshine and flowers at Westonbirt Arboretum.

Our first and hugely successful Bingo, Beats & Bubbles Evening; made even more special by good company and excellent food.
